At Mariposa, we offer income-based housing in a vibrant, supportive community located in the heart of Denver. Our property features both apartments and townhomes, designed to provide comfort, convenience, and affordability.


How to Apply

To begin the application process, please visit us in person. Our team will provide you with a housing application and answer any questions you may have. We do not accept online applications at this time.

Please note that we currently have a 2–3 year waitlist for available units. We encourage all prospective residents to apply as early as possible to secure a place on the list.
